Foil/ foam insulation
Our testing has shown that the metallized film
laminated to our polyethylene foam gives thermal
protection equal to or better than our polystyrene.
The foil reflects 97% of the radiant heat and
the foam keeps the product at a constant
temperature.

Tri - lam capabilities
Tri - lam is the combination of foil, foam
and high density polyethylene film. This
three layer combination has remarkable tear
resistance as well as excellent thermal
properties.

Sealing Technology
The sealing technology we use to bond our
materials during the lamination process and the
sealing technology we use for our bag seals were
designed and built by us to create a consistent
quality seal. We spared no expense with
components used in the assembly of our equipment
and that quality shows in our products.

Foam thickness
Most of our products are made with either 1/8"
foam for normal duty applications or 1/4" foam
for more extreme applications, but we can also
produce products
using foam as thin as 3/32" up to 1/2"
thick.

foam pouches, pallet covers, insulated pallet covers,
insulated bags, insulated bag, foam pouch, pallet cover,
and products for temperature sensitive thermal products. |
